When we find any lost property in our vehicle(s), we must hand it in within 48 hours to Customer Services team at the Poole Council Civic Centre.

      You can report online your lost item and they will check if your item has been handed in and if so they will let you know how to claim it.

      If you haven’t lost your item in one of our vehicles, you need to call the local police. You can also report your lost property online on Dorset Police website.
